some issues with the Room
good fooddark roombad lighting
the Restaurant lounge had really good food.
the Room was too dark. i seemed like the lighting was not good, so it was hard to relax in the evening.

great food varietynon existent housekeepingrude bar staff
the breakfast had a great variety of food, and the coffee from the machine tasted like high-end coffee shop coffee.
i was really annoyed that housekeeping to our room was non existent . the ground floor bar staff were rude and unhelpful too. this hotel is not ideal if you are looking for some peace as children seemed to spend their time running up and down the corridors at night.

The room was clean and spacious. the breakfast offered a great variety of food. i also appreciated the availability of a shoe shining machine. My husband used it. two duvet on the bed were a plus.
The hotel restaurant was expensive relative to the portion sizes. The service was slow even though there were only a few occupied tables.

breakfast included a wide selection of items. i found the variety satisfying. there was an option to order room service until midnight, very convenient after a long day of travel though it did add up.

the hotel is near the center! a supermarket is close by too. this location offers easy access to both the town and the surrounding natural beauty, i found.

the wellness area includes a smaller gym with a view of the pool! the gym featured a treadmill. the spa services were excellent. there are bio fireplaces around the hotel that adds to the hotel's atmosphere.
